Sunday we went to visit “Christmas Village” in Obidos with my nephews, sil and bil.
Obidos is a medieval walled village with old small houses and a lot of stores. This village is open to public and from time to time events take place inside the town walls. Starting December 8, a Christmas Village is open to public (against a payment) inside the village itself.
It never snows here therefore kids only have visual contact with snow through TV. This Christmas Village was built taking in consideration all the elements related to Christmas so, although artificial, there is snow there. The pictures you are about to see are real pictures but the scenario is specially made for the occasion. For the kids this was a lot of fun.
There was a ice skating rink where for 30 minutes we could try what we never have around here: Ice Skating. Dani, although falling a few times, felt very comfortable Ice Skating.

There were a lot of other activities available like Pony ride, gnomes around us, snowman, etc. We had a great time although it was windy and cold.
